For my final year project I had to do a Corporate Design for the Planetarium Vienna and 2 logo mutations for associated observatories.
My goal was to bring typical characteristics of space into a logo.
The logo for the Planetarium shows 3 orbits with it's rotating planets. For the observatories the planets where moved in alignment to look like telescopes.
By half-dividing the circles the typical dome of the these buildings is shown.
